UH HUH, YOU MIGHT WANT TO KEEP THIS ON THE DOWNLOW... MY CAST IRON WILL BEAT THIS FRYING PAN TO DEATH AND THEN GO ON TO KILL YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY IF YOU KEEP THIS UP. NOT A THREAT. JUST MY CAST IRON COOKWEAR IS REALLY JEALOUS OF THESE NEW UPSTARTS.

@Tommy, most frying pans are oven safe. You just need to wrap the handle in alum. foil. I finish my frittata under the broiler this way and it puffs up beautifully.

@Graham, I'll have to talk to you about cast iron care. I've given up on mine. I kind of want to goodwill it and start over.
