I don't believe for a moment that that guy drank a bottle of Absolut vodka in 15 seconds. That bottle was almost certainly filled with Popov vodka.

Wouldn't he either puke it back up in about 30 seconds, or die of alcohol poisoning? I've read about people who ingest a large amount of alcohol in a very short time that have died of alcohol poisoning.

I was at a party in high school where I watched an idiot not unlike this guy down an entire bottle of everclear. Then he drove home.
