I believe Gillian Hills recorded "Zou Bisou Bisou" first, although it's not one of her best songs. My favorite Gillian Hills song it this duet w/ Serge Gainsbourg:

but it isn't as good as her performances in Blow Up and A Clockwork Orange.

BTW, Portland's 60's French pop cover band Les Étrangers is playing their first show in over a year on May 18. They play a couple of Dutronc songs.
