YOUR TIDBIT ABOUT THE AL-JAZEERA VIDEO IS CONFUSING AND POTENTIALLY 100% INCORRECT. IT WOULD READ BETTER IF IT SAID SOMETHING LIKE:

"AL-JAZEERA WAS MAILED A VIDEO OF THE TOULOUSE SCHOOL SHOOTINGS, THEY THEN DECLINED TO AIR THE VIDEO BECAUSE IT DID NOT MEET THE ETHICAL STANDARDS OF THEIR NETWORK DUE TO THE VIDEO'S GRAPHIC NATURE."

THE WAY YOU'VE WRITTEN ON THIS POST MAKES IT SOUND LIKE AL-JAZEERA VIOALATED THEIR OWN ETHICAL STANDARDS BY NOT BROADCASTING THE VIDEO.
