That hub of cultural significance Tulsa, OK get three dates! and most of the locations are at Walmarts.

If it's going to Bentonville, Arkansas--home of WalMart's corporate headquarters--then clearly some nefarious WalMart influence is at work. We Don't Like WalMart in Portland. Ergo, it's not coming here.
