Hi snow cone lovers. My niece is desperate for one of these gems. I loved them as a child, myself. Don't want her disappointed. Can anyone out there recommend an efficient machine in the 2012 generation? I've heard many don't shave the ice consistently and are not powerful enough. My brother-in-law will give me full on raspberries if I get a "looser" machine! Any help would be appreciate. Have heard mixed reviews on Rival and Rival Deluxe. Ciao, Lulu
