I'll bet the Lemon Basil Sorbet with Ginger Ale would taste like awesome honey badgers dipped in rainbow juice.

I've been wanting to try the Pear & Blue Cheese forever but the lines are Voodoo-esque and hence I shall pine.

Only in Portland will be line up for a fucking hour for brunch (admittedly it's pretty good), only to wait another hour inside.

With all the Salt & Straw hype....I must say I am NOT impressed with their sorbet (vegan) option: Lemon Basil. That's it. If you eat vegan that's what you get. One flavor. As if I'm a dog– the doggie bowl flavor- just like many restaurants. Although we appreciate that one flavor, it's actually more of an insult to carry one flavor than to carry no flavors. However, if you're not into overly sweet sorbet, this is for you, but really not a first choice in flavors. Lame. P.s. I'm done eating anywhere that doesn't cater to plant-based diets. I'm sick of eating second best. Therefore, Salt & Straw can go fuck themselves.

why mess with perfection? double vanilla with a nice root bear or sasparilla or birch beer man.
