These classes sound great, but the amount of personal information that goes into these fitness posts is a little off putting and seriously made this article tl;dr

But anyways, best of luck on your wedding!

If you've never been destroyed by a trainer then you've never really lived.

@3, or destroyed a client, lol. Marjorie, i thought marriage was a happy time, why the stress? (although I understand). Also try Fitday. It is free, easy and you won't drive yourself crazy with "dieting". Kudos for being active, it's the best thing you can do. Best of luck.

Honestly, I felt like a total fucking failure for not being able to loose weight before my wedding, until I realized that my dude was marrying me for me, not my pant size, my dress fit just fine, and wedding planning is a hell of a lot easier if you allow yourself some alcohol. I just get grossed out by the pressure that skinny is equal to having shit under control, especially when it's direct to brides-to-be.

I have to say what Studio X has created in the X-Press Bootcamp is epic! I completed a 90-Day program and was able to say hasta la vista to 42 pounds. It took me a while to figure out weight loss comes primarily through the diet piece of diet and exercise ... sad, but true. Accountability and guidance from Christopher and an unwavering commitment to three days per week was all it took. Congratulations, and good luck on reaching your goal!
