Looks like more media there than actual attendees. Cameron Whitten is.. earnest, well-meaning, passionate... and the embodiment of a media whore. I saw the other day that he was paying to have his Twitter account promoted. I guess that's the way the game is played nowadays, but it seems to me like a guy who is passionate like him would benefit a lot more from learning how to work behing the scense to actually implement the policies he wants rather than see how many headlines he can get in.
