They didn't suspend him for criticism. They suspended him for tweeting the email address of an NBC executive. Which was still bullshit, but a case could (and was) made that doing so violated Twitter's policies. But I don't understand why people keep reporting this wrong. He wasn't suspended for criticism.

Before I was all like "Twitter? What?" and "Suspended? Huh?" But now that you've put it in terms anyone from 2002 could understand (without having to go through that awkward intervening decade since then), I'm all like "Oh. Gotcha." PLEASE DON'T BAN ME FOR CRITICIZING YOUR JOURNALISM!!!
Yeah, or what? This is like your friends who threaten to quit Facebook or move to _____ if ____ is elected.
