We need a Portland festival where people arm themselves with wineskins (bota bags, you know?) and spray wine into each other's mouths, and I suppose everywhere else. Messy, fun, probably illegal.

As far as Marijuana goes, I recall a research study about tobacco and marijuana users by government funded researchers in California.

They found that people who use both marijuana and tobacco have a lower chance of cancer than just using tobacco on it's own. They concluded, in part, that tobacco causes bronchioles (part of your lungs) to contrast, whereas marijuana causes bronchioles to expand. This is why athletes are less effected by smoking marijuana than smoking tobacco.
