Gee, this "terror plot" against the Federal Reserve that was foiled by the FBI wouldn't happen to be another in a long line of cases where the FBI deliberately set up some mentally deficient patsy so they could "uncover" their own terror plot to justify even more power for the JTTF and the police state?
