Just says you cant show your ballot to anyone, does not mention a copy of your ballot. Also this statute prohibits showing your ballot to see how it was marked. It does not prohibit showing your ballot to show that you voted.

The penalty for violating it, as far as I can figure (ORS 260.995) is a fine up to $250, not invalidation. The Secretary of State has administrative rules for figuring out Election Offenses (OAR 165-013-0020), but the particular prohibition is not addressed.
