HIT, some of these killers had mental issues/illnesses. Perhaps some of this could have been avoided had there been better care and intervention. There are terrible situations everyday from Liberia to Afghanistan. Unfortunately it is a sad part of reality, one that we could improve to a degree in this country with better legislation in a number of areas.
