Yeah I've got a question. What's up with the sticky notes on the other pictures?

And I think Mayor Adams made a nice choice with that portrait. It looks good; respectable. And it's cool that he hired local talent. And he didn't even plan to use the photo for his portrait until after he saw the results (right?)!

I can answer on the sticky notes. They were there to help make sure each mayor wound up in the right place as the RACC fellows rehung all the pictures.
