You know what would be another great step in this direction? Actual enforcement of dog rules on MAX and Bus! They need to be in a container if they aren't a service dog. A big pit bull or a tiny purse dog, I see this rule flaunted every day.

What about the Portland Police mounted patrol who don't pick up their horse shit? I see their leavings in the Pearl district all the time. Are they not required to clean up after their horses?

And the city should start charging for parking further north than the central eastside industrial district. I see folks taking their bikes off their cars on Tillamook between MLK and Flint every day. I'll bet they then proceed to pretend like they rode in the whole way.
