Seems as if the Melisandre thing is a way to get her on tv-Arya's hit list (which I don't think she is in the books; book-Arya's never heard of book-Melisandre yet). Seems to me this means that either:
1) Some character or event that the TV series has omitted, or plans to omit, is going to land book-Melisandre on book-Arya's hit list eventually, or
2) book-Melisandre is eventually going to be offed by a character or event the TV series has omitted, or plans to omit.
There will come a time when we look back sheepishly at this era of tolerance/acceptance for scenes where someone dangling from great heights (in total shit weather to boot) screams "Take my hand!" and pulls someone up to safety with said hand. MORTALS CAN'T DO THIS! NOT EVEN WESTEROS MORTALS! Try to merely hang on to something 100-130lbs with one hand. Now hang from a jungle gym with the other hand and try hanging on to something that weight then pull them up even AN INCH OR TWO.
@Psymonetta: That's literally all I was thinking about during that scene. Which actually makes sense...obviously Simon traded in his power for one in which he can jump to an alternate reality in Westeros. DUH.

Not sure what or who.
Sorry, they are super dead already.
