How about not booking a tour if you know that you're going to have to cancel some shows? I get what the band is saying, but for anyone on a promotion/club/etc end it's a huge pain in the ass sometimes and obviously a big letdown for fans.

I think they found out that Portland is just so over. I wouldn't play here either.

"Weirdly patronizing" is apparently the tone in which they write everything on their site. Look at "The Latest" on there from today, and read them passive-aggressively suggesting that they need to never be criticized, especially by "media outlets" that -as we all know- are "about to go out of business."

Don't give a crap about them, but wanted to see their supporting band, The Joy Formidable again. Who are infinitely more talented than PP.
