Watch again closely and you can see exactly how this happened. What was shown on air was NOT the output of a tablet. That was a PC (see the mouse cursor moving, touch controlled tablets obviously don't have mouse cursors) clicking through pictures that were posted to a Twitter account. Of course whomever was doing the clicking through the pictures was stupid enough to keep going once they reached Edward Scissorhands.

I dunno, occasional dick pics seem like a pretty sound strategy for increasing viewership. At least better than any current strategies being employed by local TV news stations.
