The City of Portland is so lame with their non-stop anal obsessive devotion to controlling and "cleaning" things up...chaos is ok sometimes , beautiful even. Constant control and order is non-human and a major drag on humanity.

The time to "control" LT was 10 years ago, but nobody in City Hall gave a damn at the time.
Plus LT is always quiet when it rains like it did last week, and anybody saying "LT therefore now is tamed" is just plain ignorant.
I hope all the homeowners who forked over so much cash to live in the "Arts District" are NOT TOO INCONVENIENCED. Thank you.
