It is not up to the judge to solve our problems with our police department it is up to us, the citizens of this great city. The judge could only accept or reject the settlement, he could not order any changes. He tired to force more accountability by hinting he would reject the agreement, he did good. Now folks it is up to you!

This is unsatisfactory, so I'm going to Holladay park tomorrow at 1pm to protest. Solidarity with Ferguson.
