I'm relieved that someone is finally reporting on how AirBnB negatively affects the availability and cost of housing/rentals! Rent in Portland has only started increasing so drastically since the legalization of AirBnB!

Our mayor changed the city codes in Portland to allow these illegal hotels to saturate the city not too long ago and there is still no mention of how it helped us to get into this predicament...
