Shaff should be fired for costing us $35,000 to drain the resevoir. I think someone ought to find out if Josh Seater was a ringer...how convenient that this whole "pee in the water supply" incident happened just after the city decided to attempt to circumvent Shaff's multimillion dollar cover-the-reservoir plan by trying to negotiate with the EPA. It's very suspicious. VERY.
