It's the central paradox of show-biz: there's plenty of people out there that I can say for a fact are total bullshit, but people in large groups like 'em, so what do I know?

I agree with rottentangerine, leave your poor friend alone. So what if you don't find it funny? Obviously someone finds their comedy funny, otherwise they wouldn't be getting paid so much.
