because the law doesn't apply to you? ur a fucking idiot.
2
Wow. You're attacking him? The city exorts $245 from this guy over mere seconds, and HE'S the asshole? Wow dude. With your love of fascism, why don't you move to Italy?

Gotta love these "law 'n order" types, talk lots of shit until it happens to THEM.

the rule is shitty but right or wrong it was posted. Stupid yes were you warned yes. Hey I was just robbing that bank for a min so it's cool right?
4
It's worth it to send in the "bail" and a written explanation. I've known several people who have had their fines reduced.
5
So do i have it right Beav, that you're equating bank robbery with pulling over for 15 secs. to pick someone up?
6
That is bullshit.  Just like jaywalking is (or should) be a ticketable offense if you stop traffic, endanger others or yourself.  That is bullshit.  Just like jaywalking is (or should) be a ticketable offense if you stop traffic, endanger others or yourself.

1 & 3: you are the fool and bad with analogies, respectively.
4: as far as I know, every time you write an explanation letter you get it reduced, even if only a bit.  I've never had or heard of a fine being waived, though. I think you'd actually have to plead not guilty and go to court, which is ridiculous and prohibitive.
7
Right, but jaywalking is NOT, not should it be an offense of any sort if you're NOT impeding traffic
8
If you show up to court on the time and date they ask you to, and appear before the judge and explain what happened, they'll reduce it for you, and you can get on an installment plan. I had to do the same thing. Good luck!

if the sign says no parking it means no parking even just for a sec. I think it is dumb however if I saw that sign i wouldn't complain if I got the ticket mainly because THERE WAS A SIGN!

Ok, so it's perfectly fine for a city or state govt. to extort money from anyone who may unintentionally slight a minor ordinence. It's ok to extort money from someone who "jaywalks" across a street with no traffic, even though multiple studies show that people are MORE often killed IN crosswalks.

Laws are laws, right? Yeah, so were "colored/whites only" water fountains at one point.

Yes, it's perfectly acceptable to TICKET someone when they've BROKEN A SIMPLE FUCKING LAW. Just like it's perfectly acceptable to taze an asshole idiot for acting like a anal douche nozzle by being violent and breaking shit in public in order to get him to chill his stupid, militant, crybaby entitled ass out.
