Misrepresenting your looks on a dating site is a legitimate gripe. Not that your physical looks should be the only thing people look for in a "mate" (for lack of a better word), but physical attraction IS important for a relationship. At least in the beginning. Wouldn't you be pissed if a guy made his photo look all hot and then you met him and he wasn't?!
I am a woman, so I understand feminism. But guess what, feminism is about sexual EQUALITY, not "Let's bash all men!" I love men. I have more male friends than female friends. Why? Women are overly emotional and rely on said emotions to rule their decisions. Men rely on logic. I am grateful to be in the logic team despite my sex organs. Because look at how bitchy and whiny YOU sound.

It goes both ways - but really I,A, your complaint makes you sound young (which is okay). But for your benefit, people grow up, change and act differently. Besides, dating is a process of finding out what you like and what you don't like. Clearly, neck stubble isn't your thing. But who knows? That's probably a thing for someone else.
I agree with the rest of the commenters, you saying a person is X, does not make it so.
I've been meaning to do an OK Cupid experiment where I make myself seem as unflattering as possible. I think that'd be fun, and I'm already in a long-term, so the stakes are pretty low.
I get what you're saying, but I think the point of all the reactions is that you get back what you give. Face it, while the OP's complaint may be legitimate for her, she went about it in a stereotypical, man-hating way on a site that is largely populated by male comments. Not to mention the fact that she states some outlandish opinions, saying them as if they were fact.

Please read things carefully. I do not hate women. I am a full supporter of sexual equality. I also believe in the freedom of being able to form an educated opinion on the type of people I choose to be friends with.
It is a biological fact that most women rely on emotions for decision making while most men rely on logic. My brain naturally leans toward logic, so yes a lot of females (not ALL) annoy me.
Being annoyed by someone is a huge difference from hating them.
And besides, the I love the 90s. The best era for music, in my opinion.
Put photos up that look like you. It's not like they WON'T KNOW when they see you in person what you actually fucking weigh/look like.
There is a difference between a well taken photo and a photo taken from up high where a girl is sucking in her cheeks, has 164135656569 lbs of make-up on, and has obviously photo-shopped the shit out of it.

Kay_b, I agree with you 100%; I'm luck enough to have a few really good female friends that are inherently logical, whip-smart, and take the piss out of the guys as good as anyone, and they generally have the same attitude as you about these tings.
