The Greatest American Hero was one of my favorite shows as a kid.

A guy who starts a letter with "dear diary"? Furthermore, you can tell just by how hyped he is that he's probably never had a gf, is going to be fanatically obsessive, she'll quickly realize it & dump him and he'll either commit suicide or churn out some lame ass elliot smith/bon iver solo project. Either way, this kid is headed for bad times real soon. Bet.

Dumb I,A. I was talking to a few friends about the new Jack White video earlier on, but I never thought someone would take it so literally.

You wrote "White", I think you meant "off".

Well if it isn't my old pal Cliche Guevara...

you people are being mean to this happy person! Just because it's (apparently) written by taking various lyric sheets, cutting them up into individual lines, throwing the pile into the air and recombining them...well that's not a good reason to suggest suicide!

No, but exquisite corpses are so passé.

It's the theme song to The Greatest American Hero. Good enough for Seinfeld, good enough for me.

Dammit! It took me years to get that song out of my head & now it's back. I hate you IA. I hate you.
