Are you sure you want to go the nuclear option and call "animal control"? Do you not realize the authorities will be on the spot in less than 30 seconds and the brown lab will be snatched away in chains and likely euthanized? Oh noes!!!
Also, why the frack is your mangy cat allowed to head out off leash and unsupervised? Do you realize it can be run over by a car.... or attacked by a dog? This is why responsible cat owners have indoor cats my crazy cat lady of Lovejoy...

The dog was just doing what dogs do. His idiot owner should be the one on the leash.

If this is such an issue, which it sounds like it is, why not APPROACH SAID WOMAN?! Bitching about it on here is doing nothing to remedy the situation.
4
Yeah, approach the woman.

Anonymous idiot, WHY WAS YOUR CAT OUTSIDE? Maybe this wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't for irresponsible cat owners like yourself.

If you actually cared about your cat and had a clue, you'd already know that outdoor cats have 25% of the lifespan of indoor cats, eat wildlife, and spread disease.

At least IA didn't threaten to murder the poor dog for the sins of its owner. But in any case, your car (and i say this as a cat person) should easily have been able to out-run or out-maneuver some big dumb lab. In a life after humans, your cat may not last the first week, i'm afraid.

Ugh. This is all too common in Pearl/NW.

silly person. This woman is clearly attracted to you and you blew an opportunity for romance.
Animals are to be used to force introductions between humans in this age of miscommunication. Dont you get it?

I'm a dog owner and trust that my dog will obey me but I still keep her on a leash. Period. You NEVER know what can happen - it's for my dog's safety and mine. Sorry this happened and people are being shitty to you on here.

precisely, hayley -- well said -- there's always a first time that you're dog doesn't obey you, be it out of defiance or just the simple fact that IT'S A DOG and can forget things like looking both ways before crossing a street when it gets scared or distracted by something, or when it uncharacteristically gives chase after a squirrel or yappy dog all of a sudden.....and then, boom: fender to the skull and a horrible scene for all in attendance.

it's not worth it.

Please wait...
