Since when does acknowledging someone with a BMI of 30+ (who is not a bodybuilder), considered derogatory? "Obese" is not a dirty word, it is simply the weight classification above "overweight".

I love seeing fat people at the gym. I hate seeing them at the supermarket.

Anyone can get off track, but if you look like you're trying to get back on there's a lot more sympathy to be had.
