Good job, Mrs. Kravitz!
2
I am cool with this. Too bad you weren't on Interstate last night.
3
Approved!
4
I fully support this too
5
Good for you! Drunk driving is a terrible, very avoidable situation that is all too common in this town.

Cheers!
6
Ah, a Last Thursday rant. Like the returning cherry blossoms along the waterfront, one of the true signs of spring in Portland.
7
I approve of this message.
8
No sympathy for drunk drivers; keep up the good work.
9
Yes!
10
Best of all? I'm pretty sure the two commenters more likely to side with the drunk drivers (because the anonie is a "snitch") are currently banned from commenting. Awright!
11
Who needs to Larp a medieval battle, when you can Larp the neighborhood watch. I would Larp drunk drivers with you!
12
One Last Thursdayian took out a kid's dance studio and a tree last night! So Cool!
13
Seriously, I applaud you. I've seen people driving the wrong way on the Ross Island.

Drinking, being a drunk, and drunk driving is all socially acceptable in this town; and that's fucked.
About damn time someone got the piss in them to stop the drunk drivers.

@rich bachelor

Who dude? Who??

This is awesome in every way. I wish everyone was more responsible with their drinking and driving so we wouldn't need more people like this anonymous poster. Thank you sir / madam!

The issue is not drunk driving. No matter how noble the cause, a snitch is still a snitch. In every society informants are hated. By the way, your new friends, the cops, they hate informants more than anyone, because they know what slimy pukes the are as people. Your action was not about public safety, but revenge that you sleep had been disrupted. You chose to inflict criminal liability on some one because you were lazy and mean spirited. Other options existed. You are a sneaky little snitch. The fact you own a police scanner confirms you are a snitch, or worse, a wanna be cop who's to lazy to train so just decided to be an information vigilante. The fact that the usual crowd of actors here rushed in to give you high fives for your act of cowardly behavior confirms my early suspicion that you are all a bunch of shut in social losers wishing onto others the misery of your own lives. And please, have some pride, no responses recounting personal tragedy associated with drunk drivers, we all know the stories. A snitch is still a snitch.
17
Really though, who gives a fuck if the poster is a snitch? I don't care how or why he reported those people to the cops. A snitch is a snitch that took a drunk driver off the road that could have killed someone.
18
@ DRJ: fuck you man.
19
^Drj is prob damosa.

Focusing on the snitch misses the point. If you're going to break the law, then the way I see it, there are only two options. Either you break it, even though you believe the law is just, and you therefore deserve the punishment, or you break it because you believe it is unjust, and you should be willing to argue that the prohibited behavior should not be prohibited. The fact that there may be a snitch involved is irrelevant to the choice made by the lawbreaker.
21
Yeah, don't call the cops, go confront the drunks, since people who attend Last Thursday aren't over-entitled at all, I am sure being drunk will make them even more reasonable.
22
Snitching, FTW!

Please wait...
