Why does it bother you to be played a song about a deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude towards another person who happens to be in an elevator with her knickers down?
2
I've always wondered is "Love in an Elevator" actually a metaphor for a man stuck in a failing career and set of circumstances and wondering what his life truly means and deciding to just pursue a series of risky romantic moves while everything falls apart around him?

Or is just about a man getting laid in an elevator?

Those Aerosmith songs can be so cryptic sometimes.
3
Yeah why? When being placed on hold by your local School District, who have it all mapped out how to educate your child K-12.

I thought that song was about going to Belzebubbas apartment or about a men getting stuck in between floors I can't make my mind up I have to re-listen to the song, perfectable suitable song for a school to have as a hold up.
5
I for one would be terribly offended. Not only is this song a sad example of one woman cheapening her sexuality with her desperate and wanton seeking of male approval whole generations of Jackies have struggled to free themselves from the oppression of the gender role it has cast them into. How many impressionable young girls have been taught to believe their bodies are worth little more than the gratification some slovenly male pig can receive in the 45 seconds it takes to descend a high rise in mechanized fashion?

Don't bring me down, Bruce.
7
Well, at least they weren't playing Foreigner's "Feels like the First Time."
8
Of all the petty things to bitch about, especially with such a ripe subject as Portland (?)Schools, is this all you can come up with?
You should be embarrassed of yourself.
