One of my good friends from high school did janitorial work at a bank office for about a year cause it was the only job he could find a few years back and he said the women's restrooms unbelievably more shocking than the men's restrooms. Said he'd find lots of food wrappers, chicken bones, etc stuffed/hidden in weird crevices like the wax paper toilet seat protector bin, lots of shit smearing, piss all over from women "hoovering" (Whatever that is) and just generally nightmarish.

As for OP, people are more likely to treat a well maintained bathroom well. If someone goes into a royal piece of shit bathroom they won't even wanna touch the flush handle. All this non-flushing may say your bathroom is kind of a piece of shit in the first place, maybe do some upgrading.

Now I'm gonna have dreams about chicken-bone-wielding women "hoovering" above me.

I agree with anony. I saw an instance of this the other day at a small cafe where there's only one toilet for everyone (which had two flush buttons), the bathroom is not far from the kitchen or the dining area, and the door was wide open. Not cool, dudes. Use the small flush button, that's what it's for. And if there's only one flusher? Use it anyway.

GF of of friend stayed with us once, and refused to flush the damn toilet.
I can see at nighttime perhaps, when you may not want to wake anyone up, but daytime too?
