It's just like with Orygun Lottery scratch off tickets. When they first came out, people used to win about every few tickets. Who can tell if the number of winning tickest actually corresponds to the accurate odds, or if the correct number of winning tickets has honestly been printed. Even with Keno the computer can tell how many players have selected what numbers, so there is the potential for abuse. Only the Mega Bucks and Power Ball type drawings can be trusted if you buy your tickets at the last minute, because it's a random draw of ping pong balls, and they don't have time to stack the deck before show time; or do they?
