The driver was a jerk, but you should stick to the right lane, if only for your own safety. Even if it doesn't have one of those fairly ubiquitous signs reading, "Right lane MUST turn right...except for bikes and buses."

Take the lane, it's legal to do that in Oregon, and the safest thing to do at such intersections. Fuck that SUV driver, just an asshole I'm sure

My favorite is people trying to pass you in road construction areas where there is absolutely no room. Saw a guy run over four traffic cones and some poor schlub's igloo lunchbox trying to get around me once. The lunchbox got wedged under the front of the truck and dude just kept driving.
