The Stinky's suck...Big Time!!

One of the drawbacks to being poor, and sleeping on dogshit in the park, is that there is no place to take a shower, and do laundry, but who want's to risk jail time for stealing deodorant? Society needs to make up it's mind. Which reasons do they prefer to have to complain about the poor; that they are dirty and stink, or that it costs money to have them be clean?
