You probably don't think you know who James Urbaniak is, and you are wrong! The comedian, who was just added to the Bridgetown Comedy Festival lineup, currently appears on Hulu's Difficult People and The Venture Bros. on Adult Swim, but has a very special skill: Per an email from Bridgetown's Andy Wood, Urbaniak has played "many red herrings and psychopaths on some of America's most popular crime procedurals." This can be confirmed through a quick visit to his IMDB page. He is basically great at playing strange, vaguely threatening characters. What a thing to be known for!

He also has this really weird podcast, Feral Audio, in which he just kind of talks in a strange voice and delivers monologues that don't really make sense? For those of us with a certain grim sense of humor, it seems a way better use of the podcast form than all its chatty freeform brethren, even if he does sound kind of like an old-school grammarian and also a murderer? He's clearly an acquired taste, is what I'm saying. But if you can appreciate humor that manages to be both completely absurd and also extremely dry, you'll like him.
