What a load of utter crap. The city shuts down the COAB for sixty days which magically lands 5 days before they are due to deliver their assessment?? And during these two months the city can openly communicate with these mysterious "stakeholders" but they are closing the office and "redirecting" COAB staff resources (which have been approved and paid for by the concerned taxpayers). All this in the face of a nation wide epidemic of unaccountable police brutality and unfettered use of lethal force. Am I the only one who think this is total BS?
