Let's just remember that the reason for the $450,000 is that BES and Nick Fish are insisting that BES ratepayers, and the less than one cents' saving this amount represents, is more important than putting the land to work for our current homeless crisis. This is what counts for creativity amongst those great minds - we'll hold up another bureau for money.
