The reality is you cannot succeed in the job of president if you do not surround yourself with qualified people.To select a cabinet that is composed of people clearly unsuited to do the job is a recipe for disaster.To attempt to implement policies that are not well conceived and unable to pass the test of reality and truth is not a foundation to engender trust.This will not improve because there is no shift in the thought processes from this administration.It appears on a course to internally self destruct.If you are not coachable and willing to listen Then you will self destruct.
