What is her proposal for bettering the housing situation? Unless it involves building a fuckton more housing units, given Portland's vacancy rate has been under 3% for years now, it's just going to be a bunch of lip service and an attempt at yet another rent-control style cash grab that doesn't do anything to address the underlying cause of the rise in housing prices (which despite the perpetual whining from people in Portland are still not that high - look at every other major west coast city).
