How about a report for growing inside a 12 foot trailer house parked in an RV park?

I want to know how to do it and how to do it lawfully. If I park the sucker, remove the wheels, jack it up and pull the plates, might it become more secure than a greenhouse? I'm thinking slapping the medical permit for larger than recreational yields, outside the door of a grow tent inside the trailer and using LED lights with a solar panel on the roof.
