I'm guessing this is about Clear? You'd think the marketing geniuses would learn that being *really fucking annoying* with your marketing campaign tends to have the opposite effect of what is intended.

I tried Clear out for a week before returning their equipment and canceling the service. It's terrible. They really aren't even remotely as fast as they claim to be. My modem was showing the requisite number of bars the Clear representative said I would need to receive their fastest service, yet speed tests conducted at various times a day and throughout the week showed that I was actually getting speeds at less than one-third the speed they were advertising. Their customer service was attentive and polite, but there were unable to do anything to get me up to the advertised speed. As much as I detest Comcast, they're not much more expensive and actually deliver faster speeds than they advertise. From a consumer standpoint, it's a no-brainer.
