Yeah...she deserved it. The stuff at Goodwill is supposed to be for NON-RICH, NON-MIDDLE CLASS people. How hard is it to keep that straight?

What makes it so 'wrong'? Something old to one is something new and exciting to another. I am the one who takes the time to find it, clean it, take photos of it, list it online & come up with a captivating description for my store. The time it takes to do that amounts to almost triple it's worth. If someone is trying to make a living, I think it's a good way to go.

I'm sorry, miss_multitask, but people like you are the reason people who are poor like me, who work and don't have time to hover by the racks every time new stuff comes in, can never find a bargain on something cool at the only place we can afford. I see people like you at garage sales, too. You swoop in, gobble up a bunch of stuff, and then polish it up or wipe it off and offer it at three times the price. You may think you are clever, and maybe you are. But you are also a douche, stealing from the poor to boondoggle the rich. So... there will be people like me who despise you for it. Whether you deserve it or not.

Bootness, I can understand why you may be bitter from working a job you are undoubtedly miserable with. I too have a job just like you, though I work 10 hour days. I want to open/own my own store one day and what better way than to take something that has been used prior and give it another life? It's a redistribution of wealth. Vintage rocks. Ultimately, you are paying less money for cooler shit. If you can't afford my price (which is a third of that found in any retail store) then I suggest you get off your booty and do the same thing we 'pickers' do--dig.
