seriously, raise the tax on cigarettes instead. Portland's cigs are absurdly low and plus, as a smoker, I smoke less since the ban took place anyway, and I don't feel like I'm gonna barf when at the Horsebrass. Raise cigs to 5 or 6 a pack and don't fuck with the beer.
