Seriously, maybe someone could start up a "smoke easy"? Like a speakeasy, but for smokers dodging the coppers. No offense to all the self-righteous and pink-lunged nonsmokers, but smokers need a place too. I know it gives you a thrill of moral victory and smug self-congratulation to see smokers shivering outside in the rain, but I don't think they should have to put up with it forever.
