This is brilliant!!! Well done. When the news broke I was asked what I thought about this whole mess. My thought - 'If he is the best person for the job, then who cares who he sleeps with. 17 is borderline but not a complete moral failure. And if we make it unrealistic for individuals to hold public office, then we will continue to get the scumbags who either lie or hide their secrets better than others, or the the dweebs that are so straight that they have no idea how the rest of us live. If you have no experience how can you have any empathy? If you have never made a mistake then you have never taken risks. Sometimes it is best to let sleeping dogs lie. WW didn't need to dig so deep just to get the truth. Go find our money in Iraq. There are plenty truths to go find. Who cares if he lied. I would have done the same thing. Whatever ever happened to privacy as liberty?
What I have heard talking to Canadians taht the 'Age of Consent' in Canada is 16 (and 14 will get you 20.)
And that is not cut and dry. Like I said, 17 is borderline, 15 is too young for adults. That is my 'opinion'. It is basically a good law and this is a land of laws not moral certitudes. People were married at much younger ages in previous centuries.
Well c'mon. Why not make it 15?
