So it makes sense that Smak Dab’s Trailblazer Burger features the locally made Rose City Trailblazer Buffalo Sauce from Old 8 Sauce Company. The burger is made of Smak Dab’s signature patty mix, hand-pressed and stacked high with arugula, thick-cut tomato, onions, and pickle. Along with the classic burger toppings, you also get Muenster and gorgonzola cheese and a healthy dollop of that Old 8 buffalo sauce.
