Paper works that hover between the permanent and the disposable by LA artist Aili Schmeltz and Eugene, Oregon's own Laura Vandenberg. Schmeltz's works are part of the international project La Fuente de la Vida, which explores the symbolic history of the Fountain of Life in Monterrey, Mexico. Vandenburgh's pieces parallel the organic building process. Artist reception February 27th, 5-7 pm. Aili Schmeltz guest lectures March 3rd, 7 pm.
