I went looking for spoilers (can't afford to go out to a movie just now) and what is wrong with her is, as I indeed suspected, something that can afflict [cis] women of ANY class or income level.
It's not a topic that interests me personally, but it can indeed cause genuine grief, and I wouldn't be so shittily dismissive about it. I am sure there are other grounds the flick can be criticized on. This wasn't it.
