My name is Ben Francka, and I am the sous chef at Hobnob grille. I would heartily recommend giving it a second try--we have retooled our menus (breakfast and dinner) since the time this article was written, and it is my belief that we have some of the most creative, skillfully executed food in the neighborhood. I work there 40 plus hours a week and it is still my restaurant of choice when I go eat out!
